Taste of Utah!!!

Last Saturday I had a great opportunity to participate in a fundraiser called taste of Utah! Its purpose is to raise money for the cystic fibrosis foundation. It was started 15 year ago by a awesome girl named Somers parents.Somer has cystic fibrosis and just turned 35 this year. She is such a inspiration and someone I hope tiara looks up to! The event was downtown here in salt lake city Utah at a 5 star hotel called The Grande America. There is a huge silent auction, a live auction and then a presentation. Everyone who attend gets to partake in a fancy dinner which is provided fee eom several high end restaurants in Utah. There were so many amazing people there donating money to find a cure. People who volunteered, paid money to eat, donated items, bid etc. I was speechless and teary all night with people kindness. Tiaras doctors were a there and making donations, other cf parents were there and even a good friend of mine from work. Jerry salons from the Utah jazz was there a very kind hearted man indeed!! Tiara was featured in the program, on some of the postcards that went out and in the video they played. I love seeing her little face. I will do whatever I can to help fins a cure for her and for all of the other people impacted by c.f. it was a beautiful night. One that I am so thankful and humbled to be a part of. Something I will look forward to for many years to come!! It raised close to $90,000. It will make a big impact on helping to find a cure! Thank you to all the donors from the bottom of my heart!!

Halloween!!!

Halloween was so fun this year! All of the kids understood what was going on and enjoyed all of the festivities. We had a lot going on for the holiday! The kids came to my work to trick or treat and a fun party, we did the fun school parade and I got to help out in landons class party, we went to our neighborhood trunk or treat, did the actual trick or treating and then this year the big boys wanted to be brave and go to a really scary haunted house so Layne took them there and k took the two littles to jungle Jim's. It was so much fun the big boys had a blast and the littles had a blast. We rode every ride in jungle Jim's several times, played games, won prizes and ate yummy snacks. The big kids went to the haunted circus with Layne and talked about it for a week. All in all the holiday was amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves! We of course decorated kaels grave and carved him a pumpkin the kids made special notes and stuff at school for him. I love that they include him when possible. A very happy Halloween in deed!!

Chuckie Cheese Cousin fun!!

My mom likes to do fun things with the kiddos for the holidays. For Halloween she took all the grandkids to chuckie cheese. It was so much fun they all ran around playing games, riding rides and eating pizza winning tickets and having cake. They all have so much fun when they are together!

Pumpkin carving!!

A few Sundays ago we carved our pumpkins that we got from the patch. The kids had so much fun gutting their pumpkins and carving their designs. Daxton and Stefon were big enough to carve their own designs they also ensured we carved kaels for him as well!!
They are getting so big. The pumpkins turned out great it was a fun night!!
