Our Valentines.
Valentines was good to us this year. We made the actual day about the kiddos and then spent the whole weekend celebrating it!! It was perfect just the way it was. In the morning Layne and I exchanged gifts and we gave the kids their presents. We got balloons and sent them to heaven for Kael. When we went out the the cemetery there was still so much snow I wasnt able to dig out Kaels grave but we did leave him his Valentines as well. I took the boys to school and then headed to work for a bit. I was able to help out in Stefons class party which is always a blast and then Stefon Landon and I headed up to Primary Children's to have them tested for cystic fibrosis. Since finding out Layne and I are both carriers of the gene our pediatrician thought it would be best that they get tested. Daxtons was already done at birth but the other two boys had not been. So us 3 headed up for the about 2 hour procedure. The boys did fantastic, we had a little snack in the cafe and then headed back upstairs to finish their sweat test. The two docs doing the testing said they had never had kids that young sit so still and act so well. I was super proud of them. Since they were so good they gave the boys wooden toy cars that they could keep. They said the results would be ready the following day so we headed home. (Our doc called us the next day and said that both boys tests were normal no CF for either of them a HUGE relief!!) Thursday night we had a nice dinner and Laynes moms house celebrating with her and Laynes sisters it was really fun. The boys got spoiled there as well as from my mom and then we headed home. Saturday we all went out to Woods Cross High School where my niece was in the play The Little Mermaid it was so well done and well worth our time. Once done there we took the boys to my friends house for a sleep over so Layne and I could celebrate. We went and did some shopping, grabbed some dinner to bring home and watched movies which was so fun. Its super weird to have a quite house :). The next day we took it easy in the morning watched another movie, got ready for the day and then headed down town for some lunch at PF Changs and a little more shopping. My friend took the boys out to a movie so when they were done we picked them up and headed home for their favorites the wrestling paper view. It was such a fun weekend!! I am so thankful for all of the loves in my life. I am so happy that we all got to spend lots of time together and celebrate together. It was such a fun weekend!
Super Bowl Fun!!
This year the Superbowl was a big game! Our 49ers were in the game which resulted in a big party. We invited over lots of friends and had TONS of yummy food. We set up 3 different tv's to ensure everyone had proper coverage. It was so fun to have so many people over to eat, catch up and watch the game. It got so hectic that the only pictures I got were of the boys before the game such a bummer. Its ok though we had a blast and were ok with the outcome. The 49ers didn't win but the Ravens did and our old friend Dennis Pitta from BYU caught a touch down so we were super excited for him!! He is one of the players we were lucky enough to take pictures with when he played for BYU and he was so gracious and kind about it. So all though out team lost by a few points... we weren't sad with the outcome. It was such a fun night for all!!

Single digit weeks....
Well here we are. I only have 8.5 weeks left until this sweet little girls due date. It seems to have gone by so quickly. I am feeling really good still, having contractions off and on but nothing serious or constant. I go to the doctor every other week and have ultrasounds every 4 weeks. The last ultrasound was last Friday and baby girl is looking so good. Measuring great actually a week ahead, her organs all look good, she has chubby little cheecks already and is such an actress on screen. I love getting to see her so much and watching her grow. I am so thankful for every nudge, kick and roll that I feel. I know it is a blessing to be carrying this sweet little one. I am doing my best to stay calm and not get to stressed out. The closer we get the more nervous I am. I pray so hard for this little girl to be healthy and strong and so cant wait to meet her. Its so surreal setting up her room and having so much PINK!! We are getting ready and prepping for her sweet arrival. Yesterday I was registering at Target for some things for her and it said only 62 days until arrival date. That sounds so close now!! I cant believe she is almost here. As we get closer to her being here I can feel Kaels presence near. I dream of them in heaven together him being her big brother prepping her for this crazy world. Telling her all about us and her big brothers that shes about to meet. Oh how I hope that is true. That he will be with her until she enters this life and that he can cheer her on from above. I can only imagine the relationship those two have. I am praying, hoping and wishing that all goes well. I am forever thankful for the opportunity to have this little girl in our lives and cant wait to meet her and love on her sweet self. I cant wait to see that sweet face and feel that love from heaven. It is such an amazing thing. The countdown is on.... I cant wait to meet you sweet girl!!! Mommy, daddy and the boys already loves you to the moon and back.
